Position Description:

Consults with business leadership and stakeholders to identify learning gaps and uses this information to recommend appropriate learning solutions that lead to behavior change impacting business priorities/results.Collaborates in a cross-matrix environment to design, develop, and deliver training programs to support enterprise capabilities/skill needs.Facilitates in-person classroom and virtual training programs focused on sales skill development.Uses appropriate instructional design strategies to create effective learning programs and materials using a variety of media.Conducts research to understand industry best practices to discover important innovations and trends in learning. Applies these new methods, when feasible, to advance the learning experience, impacting team member performance.  Evaluates the effectiveness of learning programs using appropriate frameworks and reports the measured impact.Communicates learning outcomes to key stakeholders.Works with sales managers to coach and develop their teams.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or higher in related field (e.g., education, business)Minimum 8 years of corporate training experience, preferably in sales training
