Learning Architect
  We’re currently seeking a Learning Architect to join our Headquarters team!
 

The Learning Architect supports the design and development of innovative, scalable learning experiences that enhance employee performance and cooperate with business goals. This role collaborates with stakeholders to assess learning needs, recommend instructional strategies, and contributes to the creation of blended learning solutions across the organization. The Learning Architect applies adult learning principles and leverages modern technologies to ensure engaging, inclusive, and effective learning experiences. This position requires a collaborative mindset, strong instructional design skills, and a passion for continuous learning.

 

What You Will Do:

 

Designing Learning Solutions

Contribute to the design and development of learning programs, including eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual sessions, and performance support tools. Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles to create engaging, effective content. Ensure learning solutions are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with business needs. Conducts peer reviews, ensuring all learning content is on brand and accurate. 

Consulting with Stakeholders (25%)

Translate learning needs into instructional strategies and recommend appropriate learning formats. Support facilitation of design thinking sessions and learning needs assessments.

 

Evaluating Learning Impact (10%)

Assist in defining success metrics and evaluation strategies to measure learning effectiveness. Gather and analyze learner feedback and performance data to inform improvements. Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.

 

Leveraging Learning Technologies (15%)

Use learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools, and digital platforms to support scalable learning delivery. Assist in administration of learning management systems, including creating curriculum and solving system issues. Stay informed on trends in learning science and instructional technology. Recommend tools and features to enhance the learner’s experience.

How You Will Shine:

Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience (4+ years). Master’s Degree a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or corporate training. Experience designing learning programs for diverse audiences, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment. Proficiency with instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate), LMS platforms, and basic learning analytics. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project coordination. ATD Certification, CPTD, or similar credentials preferred but not required. Ability to travel up to 10%. Solid understanding of instructional design and adult learning theory. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to design inclusive, learner-centered experiences across various formats. Proficiency in learning technologies and authoring tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret learning data. Strong organizational and time management skills. Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and methods. Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
