Location

Primarily based at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill with regular travel across London and the UK is required as part of this role.

Salary

£30,000 Service Charge (pro-rata)
Salary will be adjusted to reflect the fixed-term contract length.

Overview

As Learning and Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in fostering colleague growth and shaping our talent pipeline. Reporting to theDirector of Learning - UK and the Talent Acquisition Manager - London, this dual-focused role involves implementing innovative learning initiatives across the UK and supporting recruitment efforts across London. This role is offered as maternity cover and will be a fixed-term contract.

Key duties and responsibilities include

Talent Acquisition

Post and manage job adverts on internal and external hiring platforms, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.

Assist in reviewing applications and conducting pre-screening and interviews through phone, video, or in-person formats, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.

Maintain a library of template job advertisements and create adaptable job specifications for local hotel use.

Compile and present internal/external data (for example recruitment statistics) for UK hotels.

Research and share market data on compensation and reward packages.

Distribute TA-related content, including the weekly vacancy list

Oversee, support and ensure maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and usability.

Compile and maintain a recruitment photo library for social media posts to showcase Hyatt’s employer brand.

Support and attend Career/Recruitment fairs, as applicable.

Learning

Support in the delivery of the UK Learning Strategy, offering colleagues opportunities to grow and develop every day.

Manage the administration of learning activities, including creating training materials, marketing the learning function, and communicating Learning Calendars and Updates.

Collaborate with third-party learning/training suppliers, schools, colleges, and universities to strengthen external relationships.

Support in delivering classroom and virtual training sessions, ensuring content is impactful, interactive, and aligned with Hyatt's learning objectives.

Working hours are generally Monday to Friday, office hours, although you may need to work some evenings and weekends and particularly attend recruitment fairs, colleague social events, networking or college alumni events.

About you

You will ideally already have some experience of learning and recruitment and enjoy it. You will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. With a talent for building strong relationships, you love supporting colleagues in reaching their full potential. Prior experience in training and assisting with recruitment processes is highly beneficial. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are vital for success in this role. A strong understanding of Office programmes such as Word, Excel and Power Point is essential for this role.
