This role demands a visionary leader with deep expertise in adult learning principles, a passion for talent development, and the ability to drive organizational excellence.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Facilitation
· Design and deliver advanced training programs that align with organizational goals.
· Facilitate engaging and inclusive learning experiences for diverse employee groups.
· Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to ensure training content is
accurate, relevant, and impactful.
· Continuously integrate emerging trends and techniques in learning and development.
Coaching
· Provide executive coaching and mentorship to employees and senior leaders.
· Support individuals in developing leadership capabilities, navigating change, and achieving
professional growth.
· Lead executive development initiatives tailored to strategic priorities and team dynamics.
Consulting
· Serve as an internal consultant on learning and development strategy.
· Partner with organizational leaders to identify performance gaps and recommend targeted
solutions.
· Contribute to the development of experiences, learnings, and programs that enhance
organizational effectiveness.
· Lead cross-functional projects that elevate employee performance and drive transformation.
Education and Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a
related field; Master's degree preferred.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development, with at least 5 years in a
senior facilitation role.
· Strong expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and organizational development. · Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. · Proven ability to engage and motivate participants at all organizational levels. · Proficiency in using advanced training software and tools. · Certifications in coaching (ICF) and training (Enneagram, DiSC, Strengthsfinder, Hogan, etc) is highly desirable.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
· Certified Executive Coach (ICF)
· Additional Trainings: Enneagram, DiSC, Emotional Intelligence, Strengthsfinder, Hogan, etc)
is highly desirable.
Travel and Time Requirements
· This position may require frequent travel to various company locations and external
training sites. (25-50%)
· The role may involve working outside of regular business hours to accommodate training
schedules and organizational needs.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
