L&D Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of learning and development projects. Their goal is to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the expectations of stakeholders. This role is vital in supporting employee development, enhancing skills, and ultimately contributing to organizational growth and success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
Project Management Expertise:Proven experience in project management methodologies and practices.Experience managing budgets and tracking project progress.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project).L&D Knowledge:In-depth understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored programs.Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to build rapport and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.Other Important Skills:Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams.Adaptability and flexibility to navigate a dynamic environment.Experience in the learning industry is a plus.
