We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Learning and Develpment Lead to design, implement, and evaluate innovative learning programs that empower our employees, foster a culture of continuous growth, and drive organizational performance. What you’ll do
Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments across departments and levels to identify skill gaps and development opportunities aligned with business objectives.
Design, develop, and curate a diverse range of learning solutions, including e-learning modules, workshops (virtual and in-person), blended learning programs, leadership development initiatives, and mentorship programs.
Manage the end-to-end logistics of training programs, including scheduling, venue coordination (virtual platforms), materials preparation, and participant communication.
Prepare and present regular reports on L&D metrics, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
Explore and recommend new learning tools and platforms that can enhance our L&D ecosystem.
Ensure a high-quality learning experience for all participants, adapting delivery methods to diverse learning styles.
What experience you need
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Adult Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or Business Administration,).
Relevant professional certifications such as: Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) or Certified Instructional Designer.
3+ years experience working in a fast-paced environment, understanding its unique talent development needs and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in leveraging data analytics tools to derive insights from L&D metrics and inform strategic decisions.
Excellent problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
