Learning and Development Coordinator

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Plans and prioritizes learning and development programs for employees and channel partners, based on requests from marketing, strategic business units or World areas. Prepares and presents insights and recommendations to management and collaborators, using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, or similar) to communicate the impact of learning initiatives. Builds courses and programs from content either already available within the business or provided by other subject matter experts. Prepares engaging presentations and training sessions to ensuring clear communication of learning objective and active participation. Collects and analyses training data (e.g., attendance, completion rates, assessment scores, feedback) to measure program effectiveness and identify trends or areas for improvement. Collaborates with department heads and business leaders to identify skill gaps and align learning programs with organizational goals and performance metrics. Implements continuous improvement processes by reviewing training outcomes and incorporating feedback to enhance future programs. Monitors and reports on key learning and development metrics, such as return on investment, employee engagement, and post-training performance improvements. Acts as a subject matter expert for learning technologies and standard processes, providing guidance to internal teams on effective adult learning strategies.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Completed higher education. 2-4 years of work experience in Learning and Development/Human Resources/training administration. Proficient computer skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet browsing). Advanced English language skills (written and spoken). Strong adaptability, with the ability to manage changing tasks and demonstrate solid planning, organization, and analytical thinking. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various audiences both in-person and virtually; a true team player. Committed to ethical behaviour, professional integrity, and contributing to a respectful, collaborative work environment.

Must have a passion for Learning and Development as well as supporting others. Excellent interpersonal skills: must have the ability to work with people from different backgrounds and culture. Well organized with a high level of energy and dedication.
