ROLE SUMMARY
This role will be responsible for advising on and supporting the learning and professional development of the workforce. Implements and executes policies, processes, and training offerings.

ROLE PROFILE

Support in delivering analyses of HR data and identifying trends to contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.Design learning support sessions maintain relevant content and high-quality training resources to ensure high levels of learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes.Engage with team or department line managers to clarify short-term priorities for learning and development interventionsGather relevant data on performance and current levels of competence; identify gaps in relation to required levels and obtain agreement on required outcomes.Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software.Resolve queries from internal or external customers by providing information on complex processes and related policies.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in related field.3 - 5 years of experience in related field.Understand the Learning and Development content industry.Deep knowledge in the MENA culture and its audience.Availability to travel (Regional and International travel required).Experience handling high volume of complex projects and tasks for multiple people and departments.
