The opportunity
Develops and executes learning strategies to support organisational requirements. Defines and maps people capabilities aligned strategic business imperatives and future needs. Designs, develops and deploys learning solutions to address capability build requirements for bespoke client engagements. Advises and align client requirements with existing EY solutions for deployment. Defines learning roadmaps of EY learning interventions.Your key responsibilities
Responsible for contributing to the delivery of processes, solutions and/or projects, by delivering agreed activities, researching and presenting relevant information to inform recommendations. Liaise, interact, and maintain relationships with external providers. Accountable for delivering own work and meeting required targets which impact the immediate team. Be a point of contact for training related questions. Meets performance objectives and metrics set locally (client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development and teaming etc.) Assist in the preparation and deployment of onboarding and training plans. Ensure training expenses and invoices follow up.Skills and attributes for success
