Roles and Responsibilities

Support LEAP-1A&1B ICA (Instruction of Continue Airworthiness) mature, review and update manual content based on engineering input, comparison analysis and fleet inputOwn product support engineer responsibly of LEAP-1A&1B engine externals hardware:Hardware continue improvement support, participate engineering and program review and provide technical input from field operation and other technical perspectiveDeliver ICA update for design changesManage field issues, support root cause investigation, and develop management plan and customer technical communicationAnswer customer technical inquires.Lead/Support LEAP-1A &1B fleet reliability continue improvement, significant events and complicated fleet issues investigation.Lead/Support regional customer technical communication and EIS related product support, ensure customer EIS smooth and successfulPrepare and present technical information and recommendations to internal and external customersParticipate on cross-functional teams to address specific organizational technical initiatives

Required Qualifications

Fluent in Mandarin and EnglishBachelor’s degree or plus in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university5 years of experience in engineering position
