Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Lean events (Kaizens, A3 problem-solving, value stream mapping, Gemba walks, etc.)
Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities across workflows
Assist in developing standard work and visual management tools
Track and report key Lean metrics (lead time, first-pass yield, takt time, etc.)
Coach teams on Lean tools such as 5S, SMED, Heijunka, and Kanban
Support training initiatives in Lean thinking and practices
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and respect for people
Collaborate with leadership to align Lean initiatives with business goals
Partner with digital and engineering teams to drive automation and efficiency
Additional Job Description- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / operations
- 5 to 7 years of manufacturing experience.
- Lean/Six Sigma background, or strong continuous improvement experience
- Comfortable with “hands on” approach
- Strong knowledge of lean tools and methods
- Experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, energy is preferred
