Job Description
Position Summary:
Reporting to our Manufacturing & ROX Manager, you will have the responsibility for leading lean transformation projects across the organization to improve the operational efficiency, eliminate waste, and enhance value delivery. Your role will involve the implementation of Lean methodologies, facilitation of continuous improvement projects, and coaching of teams in and process optimization.
Main responsibilities:
Lead Lean programs, including Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, and Root Cause Analysis.Collaborate with department leaders to identify improvement opportunities and provide Lean support.Train employees at all levels on Lean tools, principles, and methodologies. - Develop and track performance metrics (Indicators) to monitor improvement efforts and ensure sustainability.Conduct time studies, process mapping, and data analysis to support improvement strategies.Help deploy Lean Culture across the organization through communication, training, and engagement activities.Document best practices and share lessons learned to encourage learning.Partner with Quality, Safety, and Engineering teams to ensure improvements align with our goals and compliance requirements.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.2+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement or Process Engineering roles.Knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, TPM, SMED, Standard work, A3 thinking).The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
Lean and Six Sigma certification (green belt or higher).Office packed knowledge and familiarity with data analysis or visualization tools (e.g., Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Power Bi, Minitab).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously.What we offer:
