**Description:** You will be the Lean Six Sigma Site Lead for Lockheed Martin's Chelmsford Operations facility, which is a leading hub for innovation in microelectronics, supporting critical aerospace and defense programs\. Located in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, our team is dedicated to producing advanced technology solutions that safeguard national security and advance the industry\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Site Lean Six Sigma \(LSS\) Black Belt/Master Black Belt Lead, you will support the Site/Functional Leadership team in engaging LSS tools and practices across our operations and aid in strategy development and implementation\. You will oversee multiple LSS projects, provide guidance and mentorship to Green Belt and Black Belt candidates, and lead and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the site\.
