Lean Manufacturing Manager (m/w/d)

Are you ready to take a new role as a Lean Manufacturing Manager?  By joining our team in Korschenbroich, Rhineland, you will become part of one of the world's leading valve manufacturers and suppliers of conventional, nuclear power plants and the chemical industry with control, safety and shut-off valves!

Within this role you are responsible for steering the Perfect Execution program throughout the Korschenbroich site, for the improvement plan and for meeting non-quality cost targets. You implement operational excellence initiatives while following the annual financial plan.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Organize, implement and monitor the continuous improvement strategy in line with the objectives of the Korschenbroich site and the Group.  Promote, manage and monitor the Perfect Execution program at site Coordinate different teams and projects  Implement lean management tools (lean manufacturing and lean office) Promote continuous improvement initiatives to the various departments Train employees on continuous improvement initiatives  Measure site performance using COQ (Cost of Quality) indicators, and report monthly (locally and to the Group) Analyze discrepancies and propose opportunities for improvement  Leading right-first-time (RFT) improvement workgroups  Promote communication and dialogue between Perfect Execution Global and other entities Implement the Perfect Execution program

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bac +3 in quality / operational excellence, or equivalent professional experience  Certification in "lean management", "green belt" or equivalent In-depth knowledge of continuous improvement project management English: professional skills (particularly for exchanges with the group)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

Basic knowledge of products and production processes on site Office automation: advanced skills (for analysis, synthesis, etc.).
