We are seeking a results-driven Lean Leader to drive continuous improvement, standardization, and cultural transformation across the organization. This role combines Lean methodology, Industrial Engineering tools, and leadership to deliver operational excellence, employee engagement, and measurable business outcomes.Job DescriptionServe as a change agent by influencing, communicating, and institutionalizing a culture of simplification and standardization.Lead and sustain a Lean culture that fosters employee engagement and broad understanding of Lean principles.Develop and coach Lean skills and competencies at all organizational levels.Direct Lean initiatives, including site and team roadmaps, Kaizen planning, and event facilitation.Implement and sustain Lean practices such as 5S, Standard Work, DMS, KPI Bowler, Visual Factory, Lean Logistics, and structured problem solving.Design and deploy visual management tools such as production boards, status indicators, standard work visuals, and floor markings to support Lean practices and operator self-management.Leverage data analytics to support decision-making and track improvements at the DMS board level.Apply Industrial Engineering tools: PQ analysis, Spaghetti Charts, Cycle Time, Takt Time, Standard Work, Ergonomics, Layout optimization, and Capacity Modeling.Manage talent and performance, aligning priorities with business strategy and development goals.Ensure compliance with EHS and Quality standards, integrating safety and environmental elements into Lean projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.5–7 years of experience in Lean and manufacturing environments.Demonstrated success leading Lean initiatives and Kaizen events.Strong coaching, communication, and change management skills.Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and optionally Power BI or Smartsheet.Advanced English proficiency.Preferred: Lean and/or Six Sigma certification.Demonstrated growth mindset: openness to feedback, continuous learning, and resilience in the face of challenges.Agile thinking and adaptability: ability to pivot quickly, experiment, and iterate solutions in fast-paced environments.GE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion is essential.
