**Job Description Summary** The Lean Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering Co-op in Madison will have the opportunity to learn and eventually teach Lean, driving problem solving and continuous improvement throughout the site. Work will incorporate aspects of daily management, short-term problem solving, and long-term projects and kaizen events tied to the Madison Transformation Plan.
