Job Description

Position Summary:

Reporting to our CI Leader you will improve programs across the organization by applying Lean Manufacturing principles, tools and methodologies. You will support by identifying waste, optimizing processes, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the company. The Lean Specialist works with teams to implement the best practices that enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Main responsibilities:

Facilitate Lean programs, including Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, and Root Cause Analysis.Collaborate with department leaders to identify improvement opportunities and provide Lean support.Train employees at all levels on Lean tools, principles, and methodologies.Develop and track performance metrics (Indicators) to monitor improvement efforts and ensure sustainability.Conduct time studies, process mapping, and data analysis to support improvement strategies.Help deploy Lean Culture across the organization through communication, training, and engagement activities.Document best practices and share lessons learned to encourage learning.Partner with Quality, Safety, and Engineering teams to ensure improvements align with our goals and compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years of experience, as a Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer or Manufacturing.Industrial Engineering degree or a related engineering discipline.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
