We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **Lean Manufacturing Engineer** **Responsibilities:** **Manage the Perfect Execution database.** **Coordinate monthly meetings with different business units and departments to review projects and provide appropriate follow-up.** **Keep the database updated.** **Preparation/interpretation of drawings/specifications** **Inventory poka yokes** **Measurement of critical characteristics** **Monitoring and Measurement of the product process** **Audit of the proper use of each PY** **Establishment of maintenance tasks for pokayoke in EAM** **Take part in the development of future implementations in PY** **Actively get involved in all activities of the Per(x) department such as:** **Audits and 5's Courses.** **Kaizen Events Coordination** **TPM Events Coordination** **Coordination of SMED Events** **Continuous Improvement Projects.** **Support for Cost Reduction projects and Investment Projects** **Requirements:** **Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field** **Fluent in English** **Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing/engineering or a related department to use lean tools.** **Knowledge of Plcs, Pneumatics, Autocad, English (Spoken and Written), Lean Tools.** **Collaborate, Develop Talent, Cultivate innovation, Customer Focus, Decision quality, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills** **Onsite Work Arrangement:** **This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.** **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
