Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Mission:
Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the plant by leading productivity initiatives, optimizing processes, and supporting digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with departments to implement lean practices and process improvements.Lead training sessions and workshops to promote standardization and efficiency.Analyze production flows and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve cycle times.Support deployment of digital tools and ensure accurate data collection.Coordinate productivity projects focused on labor efficiency, material usage, and scrap reduction.Track performance metrics and lead actions to close gaps in operational targets.Work closely with cross-functional teams to support audits, compliance, and best practice sharing.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related fieldFluent in English - preferableFluent in Chinese – mandatory

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environmentHands-on experience improving processes and KPIs in a plant settingPrevious involvement in plant launches is a plusExposure to team leadership or management is an advantage
