Key Responsibilities:
Lead the application of Flight Deck methodologies to drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC), with safety as the top priority.Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and training sessions to build Flight Deck capabilities across teams.Analyse processes to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions aligned with Flight Deck principles.Collaborate with leadership to set performance targets and track progress using Flight Deck metrics and visual management tools.Promote a culture of continuous improvement by engaging employees at all levels and encouraging problem-solving behaviours.Ensure sustainability of improvements through standard work, documentation, and regular audits.Act as a change agent to challenge the status quo and inspire innovation within the Flight Deck framework.Measure performance through the lens of our customers.Share information so we can solve problems together.Required Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in a relevant subject area from an accredited institutionSignificant understanding of lean/continuous improvement principles and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.Comprehensive experience in delivering presentations with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels.Significant communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels of the organisation.Experience in project and change managementAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong technical skillsExperience of working in a highly regulated sector i.e. aerospace, automotive, pharmaceuticals, defence etcDesirable Characteristics
