Responsibilities:

Implement and manage lean initiatives across the organization to optimize processes and drive efficiencyAct as a change agent and champion for Lean principles, driving organizational buy-in and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountabilityConduct thorough process assessments and identify opportunities for improvement using lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Kaizen events. Support the Lean roadmap of the unit with dedicated actionsLead cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities to eliminate waste and enhance workflowsProvide coaching and training to employees at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement and Lean thinkingUtilize data-driven approaches and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Lean initiatives and drive sustainable results

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field2 to 3 years of proven experience in Lean management, preferably in the electromechanical sectorStrong communication skills and hands-on approachHigh autonomy combined with a proactive and pragmatic approach to workFluent in German & English
