Play a pivotal role in our business
 

As a Lean Engineer/Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting quality assurance activities, driving continuous improvement, and managing non-conformances across processes and products.
 

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:
 

Monitoring, measuring, and driving timely closure of Customer issues (CIR), Stop Work cases, Quality concerns, Audit findings, RCAs, NCAs and associated Corrective and Preventive Actions.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met during design, production, and delivery. Also, serve as a change agent by stimulating, communicating, and institutionalizing quality initiatives

Developing and mentoring cross-functional teams in a global-matrix environment to ensure quality and a safe environment.

Using value stream analysis to focus to identify improvement areas and drive improvement at plant level as identified per strategy deployment.

Applying Lean methodology to ensure safety, quality and efficiency expectations are met.


Fuel your passion
 

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.

Have 3 years' of experience in quality engineering

Have 3-5 years of experience LEAN implementation in a manufacturing environment.

Have experience with ISO 9001 or other QMS standards.
