Lean Engineer II

Set up annual lean improvement plan/Kaizen funnel 2. Responsible for diagnostic consulting and Kaizen plan guidance for lean improvement projects, guiding the project team to carry out improvement activities within targeted timeline. 3. Track all continuous improvement projects, report project progress, analyze anomalies, and push for resolution 4. Assist superior departments in promoting and monitoring lean production improvement projects, and achieve goals 5. Training on lean production knowledge, establishing a lean talent development and training system 6. Using a systematic approach, waste identification and improvement based on value stream analysis, including efficiency, quality, capacity improvement, cost optimization, etc. 7. Lead nVent lean assessment at plant level and improve assessment score through different activities. **Preferred Qualifications** **:期望的资质** 1. Clear logical thinking 2.
