Your Role

In your daily job you will:

Analyze customer requirements and translate them into lean process improvement initiativesProvide hands-on technical support and guidance to internal teams to ensure lean implementationCustomize production systems and workflows to optimize quality, cost, and deliveryPrepare and maintain documentation such as process flowcharts, standard work, and training materialsStay current on lean manufacturing trends and best practices within the automotive industryLead Kaizen activities, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement workshopsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with customer satisfaction goalsTrack and report on lean performance metrics and recommend adjustments as needed

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement in an automotive environmentStrong knowledge of lean tools (5S, VSM, SMED, TPM, etc.) and methodologiesExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools; CAD or simulation software is a plusAbility to lead cross-functional teams and drive change on the shop floor
