There are no limits to where you can take your career. Job Summary The Lean Deployment Leader is a seasoned Lean Thinker with deep expertise in Lean Transformation. In this pivotal role, they will drive the development and implementation of Lean Brilliant Basics—daily management, problem solving, and breakthrough management—within their designated area of the site. They will lead by example, coaching and influencing the area's leadership team to adopt key Lean leadership behaviors. Through their guidance, the team will achieve sustainable improvements and lasting impact by embedding the Brilliant Basics into daily operations. Jo responsibilities + Demonstrate key leadership behaviors by consistently role modeling Lean principles in daily activities. + Coach and train area leadership to build Lean capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. + Facilitate impactful workshops that engage teams and drive alignment on Lean tools and methodologies. + Expose and visualize problems early, enabling timely and effective problem solving at the source. + Drive measurable improvements across critical performance areas: People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (PSQDIP). Job Qualifications + Educational Background: Higher education or equivalent analytical thinking level. + Experience: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Lean Deployment, with a proven track record of driving transformation. + Fluency in English + Personal Attributes: + Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership. + High energy and resilience in dynamic environments. + Excellent influencing and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the organization.
