Job DescriptionThe mission of the position, in the absence of a local Head of CBS, is to plan, coordinate and control all CBS activities to establish CBS philosophy, methodology and culture, as well as meeting budget and CBS Sprint targets (e.g. eliminate waste, maximize delivery performance, reduce cost and inventories). Furthermore, the CBS Specialist Lead initiates and implements action plans for continuous improvement of all plant processes. Act as Coach and Mentor to Managers at all levels, and CBS Specialists (if staffed in the same plant) to support them in executing the routine to deploy our holistic Lean Management System and TPOC. Develop, Train and Coach future and current site CBS resources within the region as well as all levels of managers. Communicate Central CBS ContiTech Group activities and coordinate with the CBS Regional Manager. If the plant is staffed with a Head of CBS, the CBS Specialist Lead is to support all CBS activities as directed by the Head of CBS.
