Position: Leak Division Manager

As our Leak Division Manager, you’ll be the go-to leader for ensuring top-quality leak detections, high-impact training, and continuous innovation across RED RHINO’s leak teams. You’ll play a key role in supporting local trainers, improving processes, and making sure every RHINO in the field is equipped to do things the right way—every time. This is a field-forward role, so expect to spend plenty of time working directly with teams to drive excellence.

Pay and Perks: 

Pay: Salary is $75K-94K, which includes base salary and bonus potential awarded quarterly and based on CW repair daily average, go back percentage and training time.Benefits: Full standard benefits for full-time employees. 

About the Role: 

Equip and support trainers to deliver high-quality, efficient leak detection trainingDevelop and maintain engaging, effective training materials for new and ongoing learningLead centralized training efforts, including trainee check-ins and launch signoffsOversee trainer development, vetting, and ongoing performanceEnsure consistent quality and adherence to the RED RHINO leak process across all locationsUse performance data to identify and resolve leak detection quality issuesDrive process improvements and tool optimization through field-based experimentationLeverage reporting and data to foster innovation and boost overall leak performance

What We're Looking For: 

At least 1 year tenure at RED RHINO required Ability to travel ~40% of the time A strong leader with experience in training, quality control, or field operationsPassion for developing people and optimizing performanceExcellent communicator who can connect with both frontline and leadership teamsAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionField-oriented and energized by hands-on, people-focused workComfortable navigating tech tools and systems to support efficiency and insight
