Responsibilities:

Enrollment Architect: Review and process incoming enrollment documents with eagle-eyed accuracy.Pathway Navigator: Determine the best enrollment path for each student, ensuring compliance every step.Document Detective: Partner with students to track down and complete any missing pieces of their enrollment puzzle.Data Dynamo: Efficiently and accurately enter enrollment agreements into our student information system.Financial Foundation: Process payments, reconcile transactions, and manage any insufficient fund notifications.Other Duties assigned Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma (or GED) and 2 years' experience in a highly regulated industry OR associate's degree and 1 year of similar experience.Experience: Specific experience working with students and families is a major plus!

Skills: 

Strong working knowledge of enrollment regulations and procedures.Exceptional data entry skills and meticulous attention to detail.Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
