Leadership & Learning Global Operations Associate Lead

Supports the onboarding and mentoring of new Leadership & Learning Specialists, while driving process improvements within the Learning Operations team. Provides assistance across various HR employee programs and is responsible for managing transactions and workflows related to Learning. This role also contributes to Learning Operations projects, addresses process gaps, and collaborates closely with the Learning Operations Lead.

Primary Responsibilities – Learning OperationsContribute to the continuous improvement of Learning Operations processes and policies by providing actionable insights and recommendations.Ensure compliance with internal controls and standards while performing administrative and operational learning activities.Support the enhancement of learning practices across sites, considering cultural nuances and operational needs.Maintain high service levels in Learning Operations and facilitate effective communication between HR and functional teams.Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to resolve employee learning-related inquiries.Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from Workday Learning and HRIS to support data-driven decisions.Oversee the security, accuracy, and maintenance of Learning Operations SOPs and DTPs, ensuring they are audit-ready and aligned with internal standards.Analyze learning operations data to recommend solutions and improvements aligned with business needs.Provide support for complex learning transactions, including mandatory and required learning events, ensuring alignment with the Standard Required Learning Framework.Administer learning-related workflows and transactions using Workday Learning and other HR systems.Leverage available tools and systems to process and track learning operations activities efficiently.Partner with managers to interpret learning data, including dashboards and performance metrics.Manage the case management system, ensuring timely and accurate escalation of learning-related issues.Play a key role in Learning projects by facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating testing efforts, and supporting implementation.Ensure all learning-related queries, tickets, and projects are addressed in accordance with standard processes and procedures.Act as a point of escalation for complex learning transactions and system issues.Mentor and train new and tenured Leadership & Learning Specialists and HR Specialists on processes, procedures, and system functionalities.Deliver training services and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capability and consistency.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all standard Learning Operations processes and procedures.Lead regular team meetings in collaboration with leadership to align on priorities and updates.Design, build, and manage learning courses, events, and sessions in the LMS, including setting up targeted audiences and campaigns to ensure effective learner engagement and compliance.


Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Required Experience
• 3 years relevant experience

• Computer literacy with intermediate PC and administration skills

• Ability to transfer knowledge and provide training in systems and processes

Preferred Knowledge

• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge in administering Learning Management Systems (LMS), with hands-on experience in Workday Learning or other LMS Learning platform.
• Provides advanced support for learning operations across multiple business segments, including course setup, enrollment management, and learner support.
• Maintains up-to-date awareness of learning compliance standards, data privacy regulations, and internal learning policies to ensure accurate and audit-ready documentation and processes.
• Knowledge/ experience in Workday administration an advantage
