Leader Integrated Management System

As the Leader of Integrated Management Systems, you will ensure that the systems in place align with international standards, particularly overseeing ISO certifications. Your key responsibilities include conducting internal audits to streamline processes and optimize product flows. Collaboration is essential, as you will coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve quality management systems, driving efficiency and innovation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Ensure compliance with international standards by overseeing the internal ISO certification process aligned with the Business Unit Strategy. Conduct and supervise internal audits of the integrated management system to optimize processes and product flow, driving efficiencies in lead time and cost. Collaborate with various departments to map and describe existing and new processes, thereby supporting category management initiatives. Represent the company during internal and external audits, ensuring quality management systems are upheld while fostering strong relationships with external certifying bodies. Monitor and facilitate post-audit actions to drive continuous improvement, using insights to resolve quality and delivery issues effectively. Who You Are:

You are skilled at spotting emerging policies and trends that drive strategic actions. You prioritize initiatives aligned with business drivers and market dynamics to improve compliance and competitiveness. You adapt communication to suit diverse collaborators, encouraging the expression of varied ideas and empowering your team. In your role, you forge lasting relationships during audits with key accounts and certifying bodies.

  For This Role, You Will Need: Master’s degree is preferred, ideally in technical fields such as production management or quality management.  Minimum of five years of experience in quality management. In-depth knowledge of ISO standards: 9001, 14001, 45001 (knowledge of ISO 16949, ISO 13485 is advantageous).  Internal auditor certification for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.  Practical expertise with quality tools such as 5Why, 8D, Ishikawa, PPAP/APQP/SPC/MSA.   Advanced proficiency in English.  Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.  Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure.  Strong analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Demonstrated ability to lead projects and workshops related to Integrated Management Systems. Advanced project management skills are highly desired. Excellent ability to map and describe business processes is preferred.
