•    Good understanding of CU/FTTH architecture
•    Program management of uplink across PAN India
•    Weekly update to business & PMO for wireline deliveries with proactive updates on high revenue & escalated orders
•    Weekly review with deployment/operation teams
•    % Achievement against monthly delivery target - in terms of revenue and no. of links for all line of business  
•    Initiate & process creation to reduce constraints.
•    eNOC handover process to minimize the rejections
•    Alignment with Digitization/Product team for process simplification
