Key Tasks: * Develop responsive web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native * Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers and front-end developers * Drive the implementation of direct-to-client platforms with seamless user experiences * Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive interfaces * Use VWO and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for A/B testing and user behavior analysis * Optimize for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness * Coordinate with offshore teams across time zones * Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) * Conduct code reviews and lead technical discussions
