Lead UX/UI Designer (Retail)
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer preferably with a background in retail or hospitality environments. This role is hybrid, onsite 2 days a week. Candidates will be supporting a customer experience design team with a focus in the retail experience for in-store and retail app ecosystems. The role is supporting complex design problems and flows, focused on the end to end customer journey and reimagining the customer retail experience. Candidates should have a knack for solving complex design challenges, taking a systematic approach to design and be able to push screen designs out across multiple platforms with cohesive patterns/flows/experiences. On a day to day basis candidates will collaborate with other design partners such as service design teams and research teams, as well as work hand in hand with development to push products through the development process. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience with UX/UI Design Hands on experience with Figma Ability to take initiative, lead complex design strategy and problem solving and lead project deliverables Design experience with a customer experience approach and omnichannel environments Work consistently with development teams to understand how APIs connect Ability to deliver designs for multiple different platforms (tablets, mobile, web, POS systems) Experience thinking outside of the box, critical thinking and broad design strategy Great communication skills to partner with research and service design teams to gather insights to implement design Portfolio with up to date work showing end to end design process Retail design background Hospitality background Customer service metrics and journey experience AI background null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
