Delaware North Sportservoce is hiring seasonal Lead Utility Workers to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Lead Utility Worker, you will assist the Steward Supervisor and Lead Cooks in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all food and beverage venues, in accordance with our company’s standards. What will you do?Supervise and train dishwasher team membersEnsure clean pots, pans, and other cooking containers and utensils are ready and available when neededKeep work area, coolers, freezers, and equipment neat and clean at all timesReport all maintenance issues to the Steward SupervisorAdhere to and enforce inventory and labor control measures; perform inventory counts as requestedPerform other duties as assigned
