Lead Turnkey Project Manager
**Job Description Summary** Project Manager should lead EPC, turnkey, HV Systems projects (onshore and/or offshore) covering Design, Supply, Construction (including civil works), Electro-mechanical Installation and Testing & Commissioning activities. Coordinate and manage all functional areas—Engineering, Onshore Project Management, Cost Control & Planning, Finance, EHS, Quality, Construction & Contracts Management—to ensure project execution aligns with company processes and procedures. Manage customer and subcontractor relations in line with contract requirements, company goals, compliance policies, and project priorities as defined by the Project Director. Track and deliver financial targets including, but not limited to, revenue, cash flow, invoicing, and margin improvements, in coordination with Finance and other relevant functions. Utilize project management and reporting tools efficiently and in line with the expectations of the Project Director and PMO. **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** + Act as the primary accountable stakeholder for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring execution within scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining high customer satisfaction + Manage the entire project lifecycle from handover to Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC), including pursuit of additional business opportunities and margin optimization + Ensure timely and transparent project reporting and documentation. + Own and drive all project management aspects and full scope delivery + Develop and manage the work breakdown structure (WBS) and ensure timely project milestones + Lead initiatives to enhance project profitability and cost efficiency + Ensure project quality management in line with contractual obligations, international standards, and scope + Ensure project financial management in line with financial instructions. Follow up and create cash, sales, invoice, CCM and margin plans of the project + Optimize resource utilization and lead project workload efficiently for GE + Support contract settlements and claims, perform root cause analysis, and foster continuous improvement + Actively implement and monitor EHS plans and represent the company in EHS-related matters + Identify and manage all internal and external project stakeholders to align expectations and drive win-win outcomes + Implement and monitor project risk management plans, tracking risks throughout the lifecycle + Oversee communication and interface management, ensuring stakeholders receive timely and accurate project updates + Manage project cost and finance by tracking performance metrics, understanding financial reports, and ensuring optimal resource use + Ensure clear understanding and coordination of scope across all stakeholders and functions + Track all project activities necessary for deliverables and proactively manage claims + Validate delivery models, commitments, and risks & opportunities during tender review **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in one of the engineering fields + Strong oral and written English language skills + Minimum 2 years of experience managing small to medium-sized projects (USD 5M–15M) or work packages + At least 5 years of experience working on small and medium-sized projects + Cross-functional management experience in logistics, sourcing, engineering, or field services + Hands-on experience in turnkey EPC projects, including civil works + Experience working in international, multidisciplinary project environments + Demonstrated success in team building and margin improvement + Willingness to travel globally for short to medium durations + Familiarity with integration management in related industries + Comfortable in hybrid working conditions + Living in Ankara is must **Desired Characteristics** + Strong sense of responsibility and conscientiousness + Excellent team player with the ability to lead and adapt + Business-oriented mindset with company-wide perspective + Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams + Competence in managing multiple projects concurrently + Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills + Ability to create a sense of urgency and accountability among project stakeholders + Capable of fostering team spirit, discipline, and cooperation + Effective communicator and active listener + Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Additional Information** **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No GE Vernova is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
