Job Description SummaryProject Manager should lead EPC, turnkey, HV Systems projects (onshore and/or offshore) covering Design, Supply, Construction (including civil works), Electro-mechanical Installation and Testing & Commissioning activities. Coordinate and manage all functional areas—Engineering, Onshore Project Management, Cost Control & Planning, Finance, EHS, Quality, Construction & Contracts Management—to ensure project execution aligns with company processes and procedures.
Manage customer and subcontractor relations in line with contract requirements, company goals, compliance policies, and project priorities as defined by the Project Director. Track and deliver financial targets including, but not limited to, revenue, cash flow, invoicing, and margin improvements, in coordination with Finance and other relevant functions.

Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the primary accountable stakeholder for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring execution within scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining high customer satisfactionManage the entire project lifecycle from handover to Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC), including pursuit of additional business opportunities and margin optimizationEnsure timely and transparent project reporting and documentation.Own and drive all project management aspects and full scope deliveryDevelop and manage the work breakdown structure (WBS) and ensure timely project milestonesLead initiatives to enhance project profitability and cost efficiencyEnsure project quality management in line with contractual obligations, international standards, and scopeEnsure project financial management in line with financial instructions. Follow up and create cash, sales, invoice, CCM and margin plans of the projectOptimize resource utilization and lead project workload efficiently for GESupport contract settlements and claims, perform root cause analysis, and foster continuous improvementActively implement and monitor EHS plans and represent the company in EHS-related mattersIdentify and manage all internal and external project stakeholders to align expectations and drive win-win outcomesImplement and monitor project risk management plans, tracking risks throughout the lifecycleOversee communication and interface management, ensuring stakeholders receive timely and accurate project updatesManage project cost and finance by tracking performance metrics, understanding financial reports, and ensuring optimal resource useEnsure clear understanding and coordination of scope across all stakeholders and functionsTrack all project activities necessary for deliverables and proactively manage claimsValidate delivery models, commitments, and risks & opportunities during tender reviewRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in one of the engineering fieldsStrong oral and written English language skillsMinimum 2 years of experience managing small to medium-sized projects (USD 5M–15M) or work packagesAt least 5 years of experience working on small and medium-sized projectsCross-functional management experience in logistics, sourcing, engineering, or field servicesHands-on experience in turnkey EPC projects, including civil worksExperience working in international, multidisciplinary project environmentsDemonstrated success in team building and margin improvementWillingness to travel globally for short to medium durationsFamiliarity with integration management in related industriesComfortable in hybrid working conditionsLiving in Ankara is mustDesired Characteristics
