具体的な職務内容

関係各所と協力し事業計画に則った運用と結果が出ている事を評価するメトリクスの策定と改善活動国内外の輸送の課題を解決するプロジェクトマネジメント物流コスト分析および最適化戦略の立案・実施サプライチェーンの効率化に向けた輸送手段・ルートの見直し輸送パートナー（運送会社等）との交渉および関係構築物流サービスの入札プロセスの管理と実施オペレーションチームと協力し新規輸送業者の選定および入札評価医療機器特有の安全基準・規制に準拠した物流プロセスの確立チーム内外のステークホルダーと連携したプロセス改善の推進定期的な物流パフォーマンスレポートの作成と報告物流におけるデジタル化・自動化ソリューションの検討と導入サポート

Key Responsibilities

Develop metrics and improvement activities to evaluate operations and results in accordance with business plans, collaborating with relevant departmentsProject management to solve domestic and international transportation challengesAnalyze logistics costs and implement optimization strategiesReview and improve transportation modes and routes for supply chain efficiencyNegotiate with and build relationships with transportation partners (carriers, etc.)Manage and implement bidding processes for logistics servicesSelect and evaluate new transportation providers through bidding processes together with operation teamEstablish logistics processes that comply with medical device safety standards and regulationsDrive process improvements in collaboration with stakeholders within and outside the teamCreate regular logistics performance reports and present to managementEvaluate and support implementation of digital and automation solutions in logistics
