To break it down, your responsibilities will include: + Developing and aligning training strategies with organisational goals by conducting thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and future capability requirements across departments. + Design and deliver engaging training programs using a variety of formats—including workshops, e-learning modules, and manuals—while also coordinating with internal teams or external facilitators for effective delivery. + Lead and manage a team of trainers or learning facilitators, ensuring collaboration with department heads to schedule, customise, and optimise training sessions for maximum impact. + Evaluate training effectiveness by analysing key performance indicators, collecting participant feedback, and using performance data to continuously refine content and delivery methods. + Leverage learning technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools to manage training content, track learner progress, and enhance the overall learning experience. + Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements, including safety and regulatory programs, while maintaining accurate certification records and completion tracking. + Promote a culture of continuous learning by supporting onboarding, mentorship, and career development initiatives that empower employees to grow professionally within the organisation. **ABOUT YOU** At Invenco by GVR, we believe in YOU.
