Lead Trainer

You’ll design, implement, and manage training programs that enhance skills, boost performance, and support professional growth across the organisation. Your leadership will ensure our workforce is equipped to meet current and future challenges through continuous learning. To break it down, your responsibilities will include: + Developing and aligning training strategies with organisational goals by conducting thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and future capability requirements across departments. + Design and deliver engaging training programs using a variety of formats—including workshops, e-learning modules, and manuals—while also coordinating with internal teams or external facilitators for effective delivery. + Lead and manage a team of trainers or learning facilitators, ensuring collaboration with department heads to schedule, customise, and optimise training sessions for maximum impact. + Evaluate training effectiveness by analysing key performance indicators, collecting participant feedback, and using performance data to continuously refine content and delivery methods. + Leverage learning technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools to manage training content, track learner progress, and enhance the overall learning experience. + Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements, including safety and regulatory programs, while maintaining accurate certification records and completion tracking. + Promote a culture of continuous learning by supporting onboarding, mentorship, and career development initiatives that empower employees to grow professionally within the organisation. **ABOUT YOU** At Invenco by GVR, we believe in YOU. To be successful in this role, YOU will be equipped with: + A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s or certifications like CPLP or CPTM are a plus. + At least 5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or L&D, with a track record of leading programs and teams. + Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and diverse training formats including e-learning and workshops. + Proficiency with LMS platforms, performance analysis, and training evaluation using KPIs and feedback. + Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with a passion for continuous learning and development. \#LI-HK1 **WHO IS** **INVENCO by GVR** Invenco by GVR is a dynamic and innovative force in the technology-driven retail solutions.
