Job Description: This is a hybrid position, requiring three days per week on-site in our client's office Addison, Texas. Job Duties and Responsibilities Include: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure alignment with testing efforts Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to improve the QA process continually Basic, Required Qualifications: Minimum ten years of proven experience as a seasoned Quality Engineer Minimum five years of being a QA Lead in the Insurance industry, with a profound understanding of Life & Annuities and Claims Other Desired Qualifications: Strong working knowledge of insurance business processes, including policy administration, underwriting, and claims Familiarity with Case Manager, Claims process, Policy Administration, and underwriting processes in the insurance industry Knowledge of Claims COTS products and their integration into insurance workflows is highly desirable Experience in new product state rollouts, and enhancements Experience with Project and issue tracking tools: JIRA and Test Management: Zephyr Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities LOMA 281 and 291 certified is desired About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
