Lead Technology Project Manager (Hybrid)
As the Lead Technology Project Manager with American Family Insurance, you will manage the integrated master planning process to ensure the projects within a release or program are coordinated. a large program spanning across Infrastructure and Cybersecurity areas. Will lead cross functional efforts across departments providing project management expertise, support reporting needs and collaborates with process governance to help us reach our goals. You will report to the Senior Manager, IT Delivery. \#LI-Hybrid Position Compensation Range: $111,000.00 - $190,000.00 Pay Rate Type: Salary _Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location._ _Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates._ Job Description Primary Accountabilities: + You will manage all aspects of project delivery across multiple business teams. + You will develop relationships with key stakeholders. + You will contribute to process improvement initiatives. + You will understand our goals and ongoing issues to ensure business success. + You will develop a detailed project plan to track project progress of all assigned projects. + You will perform risk management to minimize project risks. + You will ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. + You will maintain clear communication with senior leadership and business constituents. + You will oversee change control and deviation process and defines appropriate performance measures. + You will provide status reporting for all projects and programs. + You will oversee the set up and maintenance of projects in the project portfolio system. Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements: + Experience working with business teams to define requirements that can be executed by technology team. + Experience managing IT projects and schedules within a software development lifecycle. + Experience with project managing long term, time-sensitive projects and competing projects in a dynamic data environment. + Excellent client-facing and internal written and verbal communication skills. + Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. + Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, Agile methodology. Preferred experience: + Demonstrated experience leading large complex IT projects/programs. + Demonstrated experience leading portfolio management processes. + Solid knowledge and understanding of the SDLC. + Experience with IT infrastructure and Cybersecurity project and program management. + Experience with SAFe and agile program management. **Additional Information** + Offer to selected candidate will be made contingent on the results of applicable background checks + Offer to selected candidate is contingent on signing a non-disclosure agreement for proprietary information, trade secrets, and inventions + Sponsorship will not be considered for this position unless specified in the posting In this hybrid role you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month out of our Madison, WI office.
