Lead Technology Leadership for Human Resource Systems
**Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first** The Lead Technology Leadership Professional is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. The Lead Technology Leadership Professional works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. Work on solving complex business and technical problems, have functional knowledge on critical HR systems, manage leadership communication, work with project managements on enterprise release plan and drive the project completion. Take initiates in solving issues and streamlining process. Also have AI knowledge and capabilities around HR systems. The Lead Technology Leadership Professional works with design engineering, business teams, Project management, product team and other IT teams along with procurement, vendor management and test team to drive products from ideation phase to volume production release. This role will need to understand business problem or requirements drive and collaborate business team, solution architect help understand drive all the way until release. Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. This person should be driving lot of initiatives at a time, help team, have desire to expand and grow, have AI experience in HR systems. Have HR system experience like Workday, ServiceNow, Phenom, Anaplan. **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree + 5+ years in HR systems particularly. + 10+ years in IT + 2 or more years of project leadership experience + Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure + Experience with unit testing and mocking + Experience with AI + Experience with Vendor and resource management + Experience driving enterprise-wide projects/program + Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail. + Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders + Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences **Preferred Qualifications** + MBA or other Advanced Degree + Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams + Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes + Six Sigma certification + ITIL certification **Additional Information** **Work-At-Home Requirements** + WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $117,600 - $161,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
