Roles and Responsibilities
Perform L3 Engineering studies (functional analyses, simulations, detailed recording analysis, BOM parts replacement, RCA) to support North America Customers.Work with L2 technical support and Field Service Engineer to gather site data related to customer technical issueWrite Guidelines for Technical issue troubleshooting while consulting Technical Experts and working with the Technology related center of excellenceRequired Qualifications
PhD (Or Master Or Bachelor Or Equivalent) in Power ElectronicsMinimum of 3 years experience in MV7, SD7k Commissioning or Manufacturing or Testing or Sizing or Software Development or within a Technical Support teamMinimum of 2 years experience in P80iDesired Characteristics
Understand physical phenomena; strong theoretical and mathematical background; with the ability to understand new concepts and ability to communicate information clearlyCreative, passionate and integrate into a teamWillingness to travel when neededAutonomous, curious with the ability to understand new concepts, coach other engineers, and integrate into a teamStrong Practical and Field experienceAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: Yes
