Creating passion: your responsibilities SAP service and operations management: Management and support of first/second level support teams, implementation of service handovers (incl. hypercare and go-live support) and timely processing of incidents/requests according to ITIL standards Performance and process optimization: Monitoring of KPIs, creation of performance reports, continuous improvement of service delivery processes through automation, compliance with SLAs and introduction of innovative approaches Strategic planning & implementation: Managing the solutions & operations stream to achieve the program goals, setting up a global SAP operations organization and coordinating SAP technology, infrastructure and administration Project and stakeholder management: Close collaboration with program management, developers, base teams and implementation partners to ensure information transparency, meet deadlines, guarantee quality and enable smooth operations management Incident and problem management: Coordination of escalations, analysis of recurring problems and derivation of sustainable solutions to ensure long-term system stability Supplier and partner management: Managing service providers and implementation partners to ensure compliance, quality and on-time delivery Promoting a positive corporate culture: Ensuring an appreciative and supportive working environment and building a team that is goal-oriented, motivated and customer-focused Contributing your strengths: your qualifications You are an experienced manager with a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification and over eight years of SAP experience, including at least five years in management positions and global implementation projects. Your focus is on first and second level support, KPI monitoring, service delivery optimization and adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards. You will ensure the timely processing of incidents, coordinate incident and problem management according to ITIL standards and ensure long-term system stability together with developers and base teams Professional experience: 8+ years of experience in managing SAP services and leading IT teams, including at least 5 years in a management position, complemented by in-depth experience in global and complex SAP implementation projects Technical know-how: In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, CO), comprehensive SAP Basis knowledge in system architecture, monitoring and archiving, extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA (including private cloud, BTP) in cloud environments as well as hybrid and non-SAP system landscapes, familiarity with service delivery frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and in-depth experience in KPI reporting Management skills: Experience in incident and problem management, in-depth knowledge of common SAP project management methodologies and in the use of tools such as SAP Solution Manager (ITSM, ChaRM), Cloud ALM, ServiceNow and Jira, coupled with the ability to implement continuous improvement measures Strong communication and intercultural skills: Excellent communication skills, confident demeanor, assertiveness and strong team management skills in international environments and willingness to travel internationally Languages: Proficient in English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage Our commitment to you: your benefits
