Lead Technical Program Manager
The Lead Technical Program Manager position provides leadership and mentorship to a set of more junior project / program managers, can engage effectively with customers, and is responsible for end-to-end on-time delivery of one or more Invenco by GVR Programs, Integrated Solutions or Product Portfolio releases, spanning requirements identification, design, engineering development, verification, integration, and release to production deployment for customers. **Key Responsibilities** + Plan and manage system specific programs, solutions or portfolio programs from initiation and scoping, requirement identification and analysis, through delivery. + Role includes management of multiple projects/programs of larger scope and resources, domestic and international, including Customer Lead Opportunities or Contracted integrated Solutions. + Lead Engineering Teams and/or a Release Train working with cross-functional teams to ensure clear requirements or solutions are defined, developed, and integrated with business operating processes, working across product groups and geographies. + Prepare communication plans and related Program status reports and presentations, including customer and stakeholder communications. + Effectively apply internal development processes based upon Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and VBS standards. + Lead or support PI Planning to ensure teams understand the Product Management ASKs, dependencies are identified, dependencies are agreed to by cross-functional teams for timely delivery, and Commits are adequately refined and planned. + Ability to identify & apply mitigation plan for risks or technical pitfalls across Programs, Solutions, or Portfolio Programs and address in a timely manner. + Primary point of contact for Customer communications for CLO programs and Portfolio Program related issues. + Interact with internal customers including but not limited to Product Management Team, key Stakeholders, Customer Success, Executive Leadership, and external Customers. **Who You Are (Qualifications)** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, Product Management preferred. + 5+ years of experience managing technical Programs. + Experience in product development or business analysis with extensive cross functional exposure preferred. + Fluent in English + Distributed & multi-cultural team management experience. + Ability to lead a portfolio of related programs or projects, or large programs with high levels of resource requirements, risk, and complexity. + Release Train Engineer experience, SAFe Consultant training or Agile coaching experience a plus The base compensation range for this position is $99,000 to $164,890 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
