Role Overview:
As the Lead Team Coach, you will work on-site in McAllen, TX, supervising operations within a production facility to achieve defined targets in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will lead a team of front-line hourly manufacturing employees, ensuring continuous business improvement and operational alignment with production plans and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team in achieving goals related to safety, quality, cost, production, and compliance.Manage master planning, material processes, and systems, including production schedules and purchasing needs.Oversee production support areas, including materials management, warehouse logistics, and operations, ensuring customer requirements are met.Train, develop, mentor, and inspire the manufacturing team to achieve operational excellence.Manage employee performance, including coaching, development plans, and disciplinary actions.Monitor production schedules and trends, coaching Production Specialists on implementation.Assess capacity and process capability to meet customer delivery requirements.Offer solutions to problems outside of set parameters and provide recommendations.Communicate key business and customer issues to employees and prepare/present information for meetings and trainings.The Ideal Candidate:

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Required to achieve and maintain an FAA Repairman Certificate to oversee employee training and cross-training.Willingness and ability to work any shift, flexible hours, and weekends.Preferred Qualifications:
