Lead Talent Development & Change Specialist (Remote)

We are looking to hire a Lead Talent Development & Change Specialist, an exciting new role on our People Strategy & Development team focused on both change management and talent development. In this role, you’ll shape, guide, and support the development of effective change management strategies and plans to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of a wide-range of key initiatives on our People team roadmap. At the same time, you’ll develop talent development solutions, create, manage, and facilitate learning experiences, and refine/manage critical talent processes. This role will report to our Director, People Strategy & Development but work closely with the VP, People and Senior Manager, Talent Development. Other key collaborators will be the People Business Partners, People Leadership, and the Internal Communications teams.

What You'll Do: 

Partner with stakeholders across the People team to shape and influence change management strategies for key People team initiatives, spanning people, process, structure and technology. Change management approaches should not only drive adoption of the change, but also the cultural and behavioral shifts needed to support long-term success. Facilitate the development of change management plans, stakeholder analyses, risk mitigation plans, impact assessments, change readiness assessments, and success measures.  Develop/review written communication materials and resources related to People-team change initiatives; partner with the Internal Comms team as needed to align on communications plans for changes with broad organizational reach or significant impact.  Collaborate on the development and delivery of learning programs aimed at building skills, supporting team effectiveness, and strengthening leadership capabilities.  Consult with the People Business Partners to offer innovative talent development tools and customized learning solutions.   Manage and refine critical talent processes and lead ad-hoc projects.

What You Have: 

8+ years of professional experience within change management, talent management, talent development, or OD within a People function. Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred; Proven track record leading change through cultural shifts, mindset shifts, and transformation journeys. Action-oriented, detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills. Able to work autonomously and manage multiple competing priorities with exceptional quality and follow through. Highly skilled in verbal/written communication, facilitation and training. Collaborative, team-oriented, approachable, and personable; able to build strong relationships and influence people and project teams.  Experience consulting, coaching and developing people individually and in groups. A learning mindset and growth orientation.

The national cash compensation range for this role is $140,000 - $158,000.*

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
