Summary
Position Highlights:
The Lead Supply Distribution Coordinator provides the efficient operation of the Supply Chain by receipt, storage and the distribution of supplies to all areas throughout Moffitt sites. This position will assist in providing training to new staff and less experienced members. Supports the Strategic Goals and the Mission of the Cancer Center.
Responsibilities:
Receive in daily parcels and complete data entry in order to pay the vendor and obtain the correct delivery to location for the product. Count PAR (Periodic Automatic Replenishment) locations throughout the Center, this will ensure adequate inventory levels at all locations. Track shipments and maintain shipment reports. Delivery of all orders pulled that day, as well as all products received in. Ability to operate vehicles of various sizes. Put away stock in the storeroom that is received daily. Assist with training less experienced or new team members.Credentials and Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED. Minimum of five (5) years supply chain and distribution experience directly involved in distribution and receiving operational support, inclusive of 2 years in the healthcare industry. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to walk and stand throughout the entire shift. Must be able to follow instructions and work quickly and accurately.Preferred
Associate degree Experience with vendor management software and/or in-person (customer service) interactions preferred. Pyxis experience is preferred. Mobile Supply Chain Management (MSCM) preferred.
