Global ADS serves the global supply chain community with data-driven business insights through analytics solutioning and strategic capabilities for business outcomes influencing their operational decision making.

This role is part of ADS’s Global Planning Analytics team. Planning Analytics delivers world-class analytics and digital solutions to Ecolab’s global planning. This team provides data-driven insights for demand planning, forecasting, supply planning including inventory management and optimization, S&OP, capacity planning and resource allocation by tracking performance metrics.

Join our dynamic Global Supply Chain Analytics team in Pune as an Associate Manager, Planning Analytics. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your analytical expertise to unlock actionable insights, directly influencing strategic decisions and driving significant business outcomes. You'll lead a team of analysts, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and shape the future of our planning analytics products.

Your Impact:

Lead and Empower: Manage a high-performing team of planning analysts, fostering their growth through mentorship, goal setting, and career development.Strategic Analytics: Develop and execute impactful analytics dashboards and applications, providing critical insights for inventory, supply, and demand planning.Data-Driven Decisions: Partner with planners and supply chain managers to translate business needs into robust data analytics solutions.Data Integrity: Ensure data quality and accessibility by collaborating with data engineering and implementing rigorous validation processes.Product Innovation: Contribute to the design and development of scalable analytics products, participating in design reviews and driving continuous improvement.Process Optimization: Identify and address performance gaps in supply chain processes, recommending and implementing data-driven solutions.Technological Advancement: Leverage Power BI, Python, and SQL to create interactive dashboards and reports, and explore cloud-based data platforms (Azure/Snowflake).SAP Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of SAP MM and BW to extract and analyze critical supply chain data.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).6-12 years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or consulting.Proven proficiency in Power BI, Python, and SQL.Strong working knowledge of SAP MM and BW.Analytical powerhouse with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  (Preferred) ASCM CSCP/CPIM certifications.(Preferred) Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/Snowflake) and SQL data management.
