Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Include:
Security Audits & Inspections:
Perform regular audits to ensure only authorized personnel access sensitive areas like the MDF room and bypass doors.Conduct routine checks of key zones to confirm they meet security policies and standards.Access Control Management:
Oversee the operation and maintenance of the approved Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems.Monitor use of PINs and access cards; ensure deactivation upon termination.Validate access rights and ensure only appropriate personnel (e.g., local IT) have entry to restricted areas.Surveillance & Monitoring:
Confirm CCTV cameras are correctly placed and functioning.Ensure camera footage meets quality and retention standards.Prevent workstation screens from being visible on security footage.Training & Compliance:
Ensure new hires and authorized personnel receive security and data handling training.Coordinate training for guards.Conduct reviews with management to emphasize data protection and secure document handling.Secure Disposal Oversight:
Monitor document disposal practices, including use of approved third-party services or internal logging.Testing & Reporting:
Lead physical penetration tests and document outcomes.Ensure alignment of alarm response times with agreed SLAs.Review security reports from guard services to address issues promptly.On-Site Presence & Badge Compliance:
Enforce badge policies for associates, contractors, vendors, and visitors in Controlled Areas.Investigate any breaches in physical security and identify training needs or remediation steps.This role is critical to maintaining a secure environment, ensuring compliance with client standards, and proactively addressing security vulnerabilities.
QualificationsUniversity degree (Business Administration or relevant).Preferred 3-year experience in security field.Excellent computer literacy is compulsory (MS Office; excellent knowledge of the Internet).Experience on audits and incident reporting processes.Familiarity with access control systems, CCTV operations, alarm systems, and security hardware.Basic understanding of data protection and secure document disposal procedures.Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Willingness to work in a dynamic sphere with changing priorities.Excellent knowledge of the English – written and verbal.Attention to detail and precision.Loyalty and ability to work in a team.Additional Information
