About this role:
We are seeking a Lead Specialty Software Engineer – Java Full Stack for development work in our FX back-office technology team in Capital Markets. The candidate will be actively engaged in architecture, design, development, unit testing, and stress testing of a high-performance framework for high-end back-office applications and be a key participant in a highly talented delivery team for back-office trading/payments applications.
This individual will be a senior systems engineer and technical expert in the development of very highly sophisticated and complex trading applications for a major functional and/or product area within the FX businesses. They will analyze highly complex business requirements. Write functional documents and design technical specifications. Design and/or redesign existing complex computer platforms and applications. Maintain all system diagrams, system interface charts and any other compliance policy and procedure documents. Coordinate implementation activities across a broad range of functions and departments; work with client groups to identify, arrange, and/or deliver training needs.
